My experience didn't exactly start out great just because of my urgency in needing the items I brought urgently at the time due to ill helath. I'd paid for next day delivery and the items hadn't been dispatched ect, once I raised a query I was met with kind and friendly staff who told me in clarity what was happening, and that makes all the difference. I also as given a discount for the issue, and the next day delivery was refuned. I can't see any more good intent than this for a business who listens and corrects their mistakes or issues via a customer. I am thankful and will continue to use their products. (They have everything! 😊)
