It's unfortunate. I wanted to switch my vitamin supplier and ordered from this company, but I didn't realize VAT wasn't included in the price (who does that?). My order should have been £30, but with VAT and shipping, it totaled £40. I find it very misleading not to include VAT in the price, and the shipping was also quite expensive.
