I placed a large order during a sales event, including many favorites for my daughter. Recently, I tracked my order only to discover it was being returned due to a failed delivery. There was no calling card left, which is typical for such deliveries. I have a doorbell camera, and it shows no delivery attempt. I suspect the order was never sent. When I reached out, I was informed that I would only receive a refund once they get the package back. Why not just send my order instead? It's unacceptable to wait for a refund when it seems the order never shipped!
