Terrible customer service! Their courier left my package outside my address, of course it was stolen as they made no effort to deliver to a neighbour or to re-attempt delivery when I was not home. They claim the pavement outside my address constitutes home delivery and are refusing a refund! It wasn't even on my property!! Absolutely terrible customer service
My hair has finally stopped falling out, which is a major benefit since it was shedding in large amounts. While I haven't seen any new growth, the hair I do have has become longer. However, I'm not a fan of the conditioner, as it doesn't leave my hair feeling soft, requiring me to use a different one afterward. Overall, I rate it 4 stars due to the lack of new hair growth and the unsatisfactory conditioner.
I ordered several items for my daughter's Christmas gift. When it arrived, she brought the parcel inside, and I was stunned to see the company's name all over it. Now she knows what her present is. Why wouldn't they consider that these might be gifts and use a plain brown box for shipping? I'm extremely frustrated.

There was no calling card left, which is unusual. I monitored with a doorbell camera, and no delivery occurred. I doubt it was ever shipped. When I reached out, I was informed that I would receive a refund once they got the package back! Why not just send me my order? It’s frustrating to wait for a refund when it seems my order wasn't even sent!
