I made a large order during a sale for several products my daughter and I love. Recently, I tracked my order and discovered it was being returned due to a failed delivery? There was no calling card left, which is unusual. I monitored with a doorbell camera, and no delivery occurred. I doubt it was ever shipped. When I reached out, I was informed that I would receive a refund once they got the package back! Why not just send me my order? It’s frustrating to wait for a refund when it seems my order wasn't even sent!
