I recently bought a product and was very disappointed to learn I was automatically enrolled in a subscription without my consent. There was no clear information at checkout about this recurring order. I’ve been charged again for a product I didn’t authorize, and there’s no way to cancel the subscription on their website. This feels deceptive and completely unacceptable. I've requested cancellation and a refund, but I'm still waiting for a proper resolution. Customers deserve transparency, and companies shouldn't enroll people in subscriptions without clear permission. Very disappointing experience.
