This feels like a scam. I was billed twice before I discovered that the support team had no plans to cancel a subscription I never meant to enroll in (be cautious of that cleverly concealed checkbox). As a result, I ended up canceling my card.
TOTAL SCAM!!! They charge my card every month for a product that doesn't work!!! There's no way to reach them. I need to block my card. Avoid ordering from this site. They're also rebranding to a new name. This is an illegal scam.
This site is a scam! I've sent multiple emails requesting a return label, but all I receive are meaningless excuses. Avoid it at all costs! However, I discovered a legitimate site as well. After ordering from the fraudulent one, I realized my mistake and contacted the other site. I inquired if the email I found on the fake site was theirs, and they confirmed it wasn't, stating they only ship within the US since I mentioned I reside in Europe.
I recently bought a product and was very disappointed to learn I was automatically enrolled in a subscription without my consent. There was no clear information at checkout about this recurring order. I’ve been charged again for a product I didn’t authorize, and there’s no way to cancel the subscription on their website. This feels deceptive and completely unacceptable. I've requested cancellation and a refund, but I'm still waiting for a proper resolution. Customers deserve transparency, and companies shouldn't enroll people in subscriptions without clear permission. Very disappointing experience.
If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. Please be cautious and do not order from this seller. As many have noted, it’s a scam with a hidden subscription you don’t notice at checkout. My card hasn’t been charged a second time, and I still haven’t received my first package.
I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a supplement that arrived quickly, but due to breastfeeding, I couldn’t use it. A month later, I was charged again. I reached out immediately to inquire about this charge and whether I was unknowingly subscribed. They have not responded to my emails, nor have I received the second bottle I supposedly paid for. I had to block this business from taking further payments without my consent, and they are under investigation! I strongly recommend avoiding this dishonest site!
