Unsatisfactory service and lack of communication. I placed my order on 23rd November with an estimated delivery of 3 days, but over 2 weeks have passed and it still hasn't been dispatched. I attempted to call, but the line repeatedly states, "sorry we are busy," and my email received only an auto response. This is simply unacceptable given the amount spent.
