Review Time
I purchased six deep walnut grand panels across two orders. The quality of the panels is fantastic and exactly as I expected. However, the communication during the long delivery period was lacking. Each order took around a month to arrive, which I wouldn’t mind if I had updates. The support team was responsive once I inquired about my order, so I have no complaints on that front.
I placed an order on the 16th of November expecting express delivery, but my dispatch date was set for more than a week later. That date passed without any communication from the company. I had to reach out myself, and the phone lines were always busy, providing the same standard message each time I called. Email responses were also very slow. After trying to track my parcel three times without any updates, I requested a refund and had to initiate a claim through a payment platform, as I have completely lost trust in this company.
Unsatisfactory service and lack of communication. I placed my order on 23rd November with an estimated delivery of 3 days, but over 2 weeks have passed and it still hasn't been dispatched. I attempted to call, but the line repeatedly states, "sorry we are busy," and my email received only an auto response. This is simply unacceptable given the amount spent.
Outstanding experience from beginning to end. I ordered samples and found a great product, then chose the one we preferred and placed an order for the natural oak. I was kept updated on the delivery time and date throughout the process. The items arrived in excellent packaging, and the delivery driver was very helpful.

I placed an order over 5 weeks ago, and while it finally arrived, one parcel was damaged. I've been trying to reach out via the phone numbers, but no one answers. We ordered from another provider at the same time, and I regret not ordering everything from them. Their delivery was prompt and the product looks great. The after-service from this company has been disappointing, and it raises concerns about their operation.
Unsatisfactory customer support! I placed my order 10 days ago and still have no updates. The phone lines are constantly busy! The panels will arrive too late, and there’s no one to talk to. I tried emailing but only received vague responses. I cannot recommend this company!
