I have repeatedly contacted, Naturitas Customer Care, to request that my email requesting that, Naturitas, provide the Bank Transfer payment option on the, Naturitas website check-out, is forwarded to, Naturitas Management, for proper considerationInstead, the, Naturitas Customer Care Agent, namely, 'Paula', keeps sending me generic email replies, that ignore my request, and just keep reiterating the standard existing payment options that Naturitas accommodateI already know these standard payment options, so I am asking, Naturitas Customer Care, to forward my request for the Bank Transfer payment option to, Naturitas Management, so that they are aware that the Bank Transfer payment option is being requested by, Naturitas CustomersThere is a resistance or inability to send Customer requests, or Customer complaints, to Naturitas ManagementSo, Customers are stuck with generic, indifferent, AI-style, replies to Customer emails, from, Naturitas Customer Care, who dont careNaturitas, are discriminating against Bank Transfer CustomersStupid For Business and Unfair to Customers who pay by, Bank Transfer, which is an instant, digital, efficient, safe, payment method, which is around longer than Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Gpay, ApplePay, Paypal, etc, etc, etc,However, Naturitas, have not bothered to include the Bank Transfer payment option on their website's Check-out webpage, which they could easily do, but they cant be arsedNaturitas, are behaving Stupid and Out-Of-Touch with their Customer DemographicNaturitas, needs to be more inclusive of all types of Customers and stop Discriminating Please
