I ordered enzymes and paid in advance, but the product was never delivered. After contacting them multiple times, I only received generic responses without any resolution – they neither sent the product nor refunded my money.Their customer service does not take responsibility, and I feel scammed.It’s clear they do not respect basic consumer rights or value their customers.This was a very bad experience, and I strongly warn others to think twice before ordering from this website.
