Bought a sofa and had the wrong one delivered and when I explained to Jon he was very rude and promised a return call that never happened. After several phone call and emails I have had been promised calls back just to get rid of me and then nothing. Basically they’ve got my money and now not interested, I dread anything going wrong with my sofa as there is no after sales service. Rude and dreadful to deal with.
