We selected a specific fabric and colour in showroom, yet the sofa delivered on 18/02/2026 was clear

We selected a specific fabric and colour in showroom, yet the sofa delivered on 18/02/2026 was clearly a different shade.The difference was obvious when compared with the showroom sample.
On 19/02/2026, we returned to the store and compared the original sample with photos of the delivered sofa. The colour mismatch was visible and undeniable.Jon promised to request two fabric samples from the factory ( the contracted fabric and the one potentially used in error), stating they would be sent by 24/02/2026.
Despite follow-up emails and phone calls, the samples have still not been provided. Each time we are told they will be sent, yet nothing arrives. This ongoing delay raises serious concerns about transparency and after-sales service.
For a premium brand, the handling of this situation has been unprofessional and frustrating. Customers spending significant amounts of money deserve accuracy, accountability, and prompt resolution- none of which we have experienced with Natuzzi.

I ordered my sofa’s in November

I ordered my sofa’s in November, having paid my deposit I was aware the sofa’s would not be delivered before Christmas The sales guy was friendly and helpful during the whole experience of my purchase The problem started when the sofa’s were delivered !! The delivery team was rude and totally unprofessional I was unable to be at the delivery myself but my kind neighbours arranged to let the delivery and institution take place The sofas were taken into my house but a corner unit was considered too difficult to get in the house ! every suggestion to get the corner unit into my house was reject by the delivery team even refusing to use my neighbours garage entrance to pass the unit over the fence to access the rear double doors at the rear of my house !! There was no reasoning with the delivery driver who refused point blank but was happy to “dump” a very expensive leather corner unit unprotected in my neighbours garage !! My neighbours took less than 5 min to kindly take this leather corner unit out of the garage and leave it in my kitchen out of the icy conditions I was contacted by someone from the London branch by phone to be told it was my problem if the sofa units could not be bought into the house when I complained that I had paid in excess of £5000 he told me “everyone has expensive sofa’s” This was the disgraceful attitude you get over the phone from a so called professional setup !!! There is clearly something wrong with the staff at this company as well as the delivery company they use When I got home the Sofa’s they had delivered were covered in bits of polystyrene bits !! In the sofas over the sofas and on my lounge and kitchen floor I had to assemble the corner unit to the sofas and clean up the sofas and floorThe delivery team were not just rude and unhelpful but clearly useless in the job the undertake !! I will be taking this matter up with the Watford branch and the salesman I purchased my sofas from as it is very clear once this company has your money they have no interest in any customer care !! Keep This In Mind When They Want The Full Payment Before They Deliver !!

Very poor communication and broken promises — extremely disappointing

I purchased a sofa on 2 November 2025 froom Watford store for over £3,000, with the clear understanding that I would receive an estimated delivery date within two weeks and that delivery would be before Christmas. That was a key reason I made the purchase when I did.Instead, five weeks passed with no communication at all. I had to call multiple times, and not once did the store proactively reach out with an update despite saying they would.When I called again today, I was told — with no apology — that the delivery will now be in mid-January, completely missing Christmas and the purpose for which the sofa was bought. I was also told that customers are expected to “keep calling” because the store “doesn’t have access to delivery information,” which is unacceptable for an order of this value.When I expressed dissatisfaction and mentioned cancellation, I was bluntly told the order is “non-cancellable,” again without any acknowledgement of the situation or any attempt at customer care.For a £3,000+ purchase intended for Christmas, this level of service, communication, and responsibility is simply unacceptable. Buyers should be aware of my experience before committing.

Thank you Linda!

My husband and I visited Natuzzi in Watford multiple times over a few months when deciding which sofa to buy and Linda was always incredibly helpful and patient. She helped us to plan out our entire living room and gave us really useful advise on colours and design. Linda also came to visit us at home when we were unsure on the size /colour of sofa. As a super indecisive person myself it was really reassuring to have someone to guide us along while keeping in mind what we wanted! Thank you !

Service in the shop when ordering the…

Service in the shop when ordering the sofa was very good but once they have your money beware, now waiting 6 months for delivery. Had to chase continuously for updates and continuously received broken promises. Just got told I had no recourse for anything, read the small print and go elsewhere……….

My husband and I had an excellent buying experience at Natuzzi Watford. The design consultant Linda was most helpful, patient and charming. She gave us first class advice regarding our choices and which made the process so much easier.Linda is an excellent ambassador for Natuzzi and we highly recommend her.Her manager Jon was also very supportive in the background and helped to ensure a smooth experience.

I appreciate that some people do not care for 'engagement' and knowledgable customer service anymore, but if you do, and like us you have been visiting all the major furniture stores looking for a new sofa, you will be delighted by an encounter with Linda at Natuzzi Watford.She knows and understands her product, every style, shape and size, and she truly seeks to understand what you are looking for.If you want to experience excellent attention, without a 'one size fits all' attitude (rare these days) I highly reccommend you visit

We just purchased a sofa from Natuzzi Watford & Linda who has helped us all the way through was an absolute star. Nothing was too much trouble and no hard sell like other sofa companies I could mention. From start to finish Linda has guided & advised us & even advised us as to whether the sofa would withstand our new pups paws all over it & what we could do to maintain the cushions.John was a great help also both welcoming & professional with no pressure. Perfect service.
