Banked with them since 1977 out of loyalty. But they are now an anonymous, impersonal utter shambles

I have banked with them since 1977, but have had enough. Impossible to speak to anyone human, just the useless website garbage called Cora. Not even a usable email address provided. Unworkable, impersonal, and downright awful. Plus dim-witted cabbage staff if I do drive the eight miles to a branch. Many better banks out there. Keep away from NatWest.
