The processing time was excessively long. I placed my order on the 15th of December. It took the company 24 hours to acknowledge my order, and then another 3 days to inform me that it was ready for courier pickup. The courier acknowledged the order 7 days later on the 26th of December. I’m still waiting for my order, which was intended as a Christmas gift. I received an order more quickly from overseas! A disappointing service.
