Delivery took much longer than expected

The delivery took an excessive amount of time, as it was not disclosed that they operate as a drop shipping service and source their products from overseas. In my view, it's not worth the hassle. Additionally, there were misleading delivery dates provided, and the UK contact number is non-functional, which raises several concerns. The products are decent, and customer service is satisfactory.

Extremely lengthy process

The processing time was excessively long. I placed my order on the 15th of December. It took the company 24 hours to acknowledge my order, and then another 3 days to inform me that it was ready for courier pickup. The courier acknowledged the order 7 days later on the 26th of December. I’m still waiting for my order, which was intended as a Christmas gift. I received an order more quickly from overseas! A disappointing service.

Very, very slow processing time

I ordered some necklaces on the 11th of December. There was no notice on the website indicating that the average processing time is 6-10 working days! This is quite long for an off-the-shelf item, not a handmade product. But it seems to be even longer during Christmas. It is now the 23rd of December, and there’s no sign of the necklaces I bought as a Christmas gift. It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating that they didn’t mention the lengthy processing time. I can’t comment on the quality of their products as I haven’t seen them yet!
