I ordered some necklaces on the 11th of December. There was no notice on the website indicating that the average processing time is 6-10 working days! This is quite long for an off-the-shelf item, not a handmade product. But it seems to be even longer during Christmas. It is now the 23rd of December, and there’s no sign of the necklaces I bought as a Christmas gift. It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating that they didn’t mention the lengthy processing time. I can’t comment on the quality of their products as I haven’t seen them yet!
