Misleading business practices. They were running a promotion that clearly said, "onboard" your company and receive $500. I did, I even bought a flight. Later, I found out you need to book 3 trips. This was not clearly stated anywhere. (Also, I was booking travel for a client, and there was no easy way on mobile to add other profiles...? At this point I won't log on to the desktop version).I decided to reach out to a customer rep, and just was met with rudeness. The rep Jack G. missed our first meeting for a very unprofessional reason "he was double booked". When I scheduled a new time at 8 am, he called me to tell me my calendar was messed up because of the early meeting. I used his calendly link. The next day when I finally talked to him he called me on my personal phone, which I had not authorized for this meeting. He then began to ask me questions, that I assume he uses to disqualify customers. Because after our conversation I would not recommend this company to anyone.
