Extremely frustrating claims process

The claims process has turned what should be a simple reimbursement into a nightmare. For years, I submitted the same documentation without issue. Suddenly, they now reject it, claiming prior approvals were in error. Their new requirement is impractical and absurd. Even with strong documentation, they refuse to accept it. Their rigid process creates unnecessary stress for those trying to access funds that are rightfully theirs. If you're an employer looking for benefit vendors, reconsider; your employees deserve better.
