This has been a complete nightmare. My benefits weren't reinstated due to a shortfall of $0.06. Even after I paid that amount, nothing changed; just empty promises. After two months of paying premiums with no service, I reached my limit. It's pure fraud—throwing away your money leads to the same outcome.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, no responses to emails despite having an assigned ticket. System updates lead to constant calls and unknowledgeable representatives. It’s extremely frustrating.

One of the worst services available

This service is one of the worst in the industry. They hire incompetent employees who clearly dislike their jobs. They will attempt to scam you out of your money if you’re not cautious. Stay away from this service and end your relationship with them as quickly as possible. Definitely a company to avoid.

Claims are denied automatically in hopes that you will give up. This seems intentional. While FSAs can be dishonest, this service takes it to another level.

Extremely frustrating claims process

The claims process has turned what should be a simple reimbursement into a nightmare. For years, I submitted the same documentation without issue. Suddenly, they now reject it, claiming prior approvals were in error. Their new requirement is impractical and absurd. Even with strong documentation, they refuse to accept it. Their rigid process creates unnecessary stress for those trying to access funds that are rightfully theirs. If you're an employer looking for benefit vendors, reconsider; your employees deserve better.

Constant claim denials

They continuously deny valid reimbursement claims. The reasons they provide are often untrue. When I resubmit with explanations, they just reject them again without further clarification. Escalating the issue can lead to approval, but it’s a total waste of time.
