I had a new boiler installed in November 2023 based on a recommendation from the service that fitted it. It was supposed to be more efficient and reliable than my original choice. However, the technician from the service has had to come out ten times in two years, and there were many instances where they had to guide me through troubleshooting. The boiler has required two replacement pumps, with the second taking over three weeks to arrive. Recently, an engineer assessed it and confirmed it was not fit for use, placing eight parts on order with no timeline for availability. I've decided to remove the system and replace it, as I cannot continue waiting for a resolution.
