I attended this free community…

I attended this free community Kundalini session out of curiosity, as I was keen to experience the practice for myself. The session was clearly and thoughtfully explained at the beginning, which made it easy to settle into the experience. The space was beautiful – calm, welcoming and carefully prepared, with blankets and eye masks that added to the sense of comfort and care.Steph was attentive and supportive throughout, holding the room with warmth and professionalism. It felt like a safe and well-guided environment where everyone could engage with the practice in their own way.I’m grateful for the opportunity to explore something different - thank you Steph

Business Details

  • Navigate offers trauma-informed somatic work designed for the point where talking alone is no longer enough.

This approach bridges the mind–body gap through embodied modalities including somatic unwinding, breathwork, bodywork, de-armouring, and energy-based practices (Kundalini Activation Process KAP). This work supports nervous system regulation by addressing how trauma is held in the body - in breath, tissue, sensation, and instinctive responses - rather than working only at a cognitive level.

What makes this work distinctive is Steph’s depth of lived experience and embodied presence. Her capacity to attune to subtle nervous system cues allows sessions to be carefully paced, client-led, and held with a high degree of safety and consent, even when intensity arises.

Rather than forcing release or peak experiences, the focus is on containment, integration, and completing interrupted stress responses in a way the body can safely process.See more
