Steph created a really calm and welcoming space, and I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. I didn’t know what to expect, but the whole experience felt gentle and natural, with no pressure to be or do anything.I also really valued our conversation afterwards. It felt easy, grounded and genuine.A lovely experience, and I’d happily recommend her to others.

I attended this free community Kundalini session out of curiosity, as I was keen to experience the practice for myself. The session was clearly and thoughtfully explained at the beginning, which made it easy to settle into the experience. The space was beautiful – calm, welcoming and carefully prepared, with blankets and eye masks that added to the sense of comfort and care.Steph was attentive and supportive throughout, holding the room with warmth and professionalism. It felt like a safe and well-guided environment where everyone could engage with the practice in their own way.I’m grateful for the opportunity to explore something different - thank you Steph

A beautiful and empowering experience

I attended a group KAP session in Skipton yesterday, and what an incredible experience it was. I went in with no real expectations, not quite knowing what it would involve, and I was genuinely (and pleasantly) surprised.Steph created such a grounded, professional, and nurturing environment from the very beginning. She held a truly safe and supportive space for everyone in the room. We began with grounding practices, breathwork, and a gentle shake to settle into our bodies. As the soul-deepening music filled the space, you could feel the collective energy shift and soften.Steph moved around the room, working with each of us individually to help release anything held or trapped within the body. Personally, I didn’t feel a strong need for emotional release in that moment, but what I experienced instead was a powerful sense of inner strength. The rhythm of the music carried me into a trance-like state where I felt an overwhelming desire to dance. For me, that urge to move was its own kind of release, something I’ve felt called to do for a long time but hadn’t fully allowed myself to embrace. When I arrived home, I honoured that feeling and danced freely. That, in itself, felt transformative.A beautiful and empowering experience, I’m so grateful I went. Thank you.

Kundalini Activation

I recently experienced the kundalini activation process workshop. It was a beautiful afternoon of deep transformation. Steph held a beautifully calming space where I could relax and embrace any insights that came up for me.I felt fully supported throughout and the techniques unearthed some deep rooted trauma that needed to be released. After the session I felt quite euphoric and really grateful to have been held in such a empathetic and intuitive wayIt was a unique, raw and beautiful experience, I feel everyone would benefit from this workshop, but it was made even more special with how Steph used her expertise to promote deep somatic healing

Somatic Massage Experience

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first booked a session with Steph, I wanted something that allowed me to switch off my thoughts and be able to quieten my mind. This did exactly that - Steph is so comforting and recognises the different energy’s in your body and where your body holds tension I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough - I will definitely be booking in again with Steph. I have that feeling of relaxation that I haven’t felt in a very long time. Thank you so much ❤️

Finally learnt how to totally relax, get out of my head and into my body

I’ve known Steph for years as a mentor and friend, so I was happy to join a session when she invited me. To be honest, I went in quite skeptical. I’m not a fan of massage, I find it incredibly hard to relax, and I have a very overactive mind that rarely switches off.Steph explained the process clearly and made sure I felt safe and comfortable from the start. For the first 30–40 minutes, I was still 'in my head' and doubtful, but eventually, my barriers came down. The combination of the music (which was at the perfect volume) and Steph’s incredible pressure point work allowed me to reach a state of relaxation I didn't think was possible for me.By the end, I felt completely connected to the movement and breathwork. For the first time in a long time, I had not one single thought in my mind. I lost all sense of time and felt a level of peace that I’ve only ever experienced once before through a specific trial medication for OCD. To achieve that same relief naturally through this session was life-changing.The environment was warm and comfortable, and the use of a sleep mask was a great touch to remove distractions. I did mention that a quick water break would be helpful for longer sessions due to the breathwork, and Steph was so receptive to that feedback—she truly wants the experience to be perfect for the individual, with zero judgment.I left feeling clear-minded, focused, and 'head strong.' I’m so excited to continue these sessions as a regular part of my healing journey and mental health support. If you struggle to get 'out of your head' and into your body, I cannot recommend Steph enough

Fabulous relaxing treatment

I recently had a massage with Steph and it was completely not what I expected it would be. I have been to lots of spas and had lots of different types of treatments before but nothing quite like this. I would say this is more of an experience, it took me a while to relax, but once I did….wow. The music takes you on a journey through the treatment and by the end I felt completely relaxed, calm and my mind clear….which for me is a rarity! I would definitely recommend and will definitely be asking Steph for a treatment in the near future.

Business Details

  • Navigate offers trauma-informed somatic work designed for the point where talking alone is no longer enough.

This approach bridges the mind–body gap through embodied modalities including somatic unwinding, breathwork, bodywork, de-armouring, and energy-based practices (Kundalini Activation Process KAP). This work supports nervous system regulation by addressing how trauma is held in the body - in breath, tissue, sensation, and instinctive responses - rather than working only at a cognitive level.

What makes this work distinctive is Steph’s depth of lived experience and embodied presence. Her capacity to attune to subtle nervous system cues allows sessions to be carefully paced, client-led, and held with a high degree of safety and consent, even when intensity arises.

Rather than forcing release or peak experiences, the focus is on containment, integration, and completing interrupted stress responses in a way the body can safely process.See more
