Fabulous relaxing treatment

I recently had a massage with Steph and it was completely not what I expected it would be. I have been to lots of spas and had lots of different types of treatments before but nothing quite like this. I would say this is more of an experience, it took me a while to relax, but once I did….wow. The music takes you on a journey through the treatment and by the end I felt completely relaxed, calm and my mind clear….which for me is a rarity! I would definitely recommend and will definitely be asking Steph for a treatment in the near future.

Business Details

  • Navigate offers trauma-informed somatic work designed for the point where talking alone is no longer enough.

This approach bridges the mind–body gap through embodied modalities including somatic unwinding, breathwork, bodywork, de-armouring, and energy-based practices (Kundalini Activation Process KAP). This work supports nervous system regulation by addressing how trauma is held in the body - in breath, tissue, sensation, and instinctive responses - rather than working only at a cognitive level.

What makes this work distinctive is Steph’s depth of lived experience and embodied presence. Her capacity to attune to subtle nervous system cues allows sessions to be carefully paced, client-led, and held with a high degree of safety and consent, even when intensity arises.

Rather than forcing release or peak experiences, the focus is on containment, integration, and completing interrupted stress responses in a way the body can safely process.See more
