Firstly, there were no installation instructions provided, and when I requested help through the preferred chat method, I received nothing. After installation, the unit refused to power down when the truck was off, constantly trying to connect. I had to turn off my phone's Bluetooth. It was impossible to reach anyone by phone; I called twice and received no callback. I finally managed to get through via text chat, but the proposed solutions didn’t work. This unit was defective with too many issues. It only wanted to connect via Wi-Fi, and the support claimed it was Bluetooth only. Before purchasing, I recommend reading the one-star reviews and thoroughly checking the return policy; it’s nearly impossible to get a refund. You won’t realize it’s a faulty unit until it’s installed, and then there are no refunds. UPDATE: Their response is a blatant lie. I have the original receipt with tracking.
