I am extremely disappointed with the service experience. For almost one year, everything was working fine in our office setup, including SIP usage across multiple agents without any static IP. However, recently the service became unstable after a support intervention, and since then SIP has stopped working completely while the internet remains active.
What is more frustrating is the lack of clear communication and accountability. We were first told that port forwarding and SIP require a static IP or corporate package, but this was never an issue before. Our system was working perfectly for a long time, and suddenly it stopped without any proper explanation.
Our business operations with 15+ agents have been severely affected, and support has not provided a clear technical reason or proper resolution. Instead, we are being given generic policy explanations rather than a real solution.
Overall, the inconsistency in service and lack of transparency is very disappointing. I hope the team improves communication and provides proper technical support instead of leaving customers confused after issues occur.
