As a customer for the past several years, I've noticed that whenever there is an issue with the line, it takes at least a week for repairs. Currently, the service has been down for nine days, and they have yet to identify the problem. Very disappointing service.
I recently transitioned from one provider to another due to unavailability in my new area, and the experience has been unsatisfactory from the start. Despite the positive feedback I heard about the new service, my reality has been quite the opposite. I previously had a lower-speed package that performed significantly better than the current one. Browsing feels sluggish, reminiscent of a basic local connection. After incurring high installation costs and monthly charges, the service quality is lacking. It seems the backend is only designed to display optimal speeds on paper or during tests, as the promised speed doesn’t translate into actual performance, leading to a frustrating experience.
I requested a relocation of my device urgently, but they kept promising a visit the next day, with no follow-through. Each time I called, I received the same vague response. After five days of waiting, when I called again to express my frustration, the representative taunted me instead of helping. This level of service is extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
