I recently attempted to switch to a new provider, and it has been a complete disaster. Although they managed to install the device, there has been no service since day one. The device keeps showing a red light, and their team seems unable to resolve the issue. It has been nearly two weeks with no response, and the support team continues to delay without providing any real solutions. This has been the most frustrating experience I've had with any internet provider, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
