I’ve tried to remain patient, but enough is enough. Over the past few months, I’ve filed numerous complaints about unstable connectivity, only to receive temporary fixes. Today was particularly frustrating; after registering a complaint about a complete outage, I followed up multiple times without any timely response. When I finally heard back, a technician visit was scheduled for an inappropriate time, far beyond their own service level agreement. This is not just poor service; it shows a blatant disregard for customer time and trust. I expect better from a company that claims to offer premium services.
