They have the worst people in their billing team who don't have basic ethics on how to talk to a customer. I called in as I had a billing concern and I was worried and guess what one of their representatives name "Naima" laughed at me and when I said why you are laughing she said I am not. I had a word with one of their supervisors name "Ammar" and he said it was a human error and there is nothing they can do. I felt so bad and I am cent percent sure she laughed at me. Nobody helped me even the supervisor didn't give a damn about it. They are bunch of unprofessional who don't deserve to be in this company. I also filed a complaint and they closed the complaint without even sharing the resolution with me. Very very very bad service. These guys should be trained and should be taught basic manners.
