Nayatel is well known and established ISP located in Islamabad, Pakistan. I have been a long time customer of this ISP (10 plus years), upon recently moving home I decided to stay with them, which was a big mistake. After paying the equivalence of 200USD for installation and hardware - I have been met with the worse customer service when it came to having the additional services that I paid for installed and switched on. From employees misrepresenting them selves as supervisors to being told that the company had no option for reporting bad customer service, to a manager outright refusing to register my complaint. All in all I would say avoid them - there are other ISP in the market to deserve a chance.
