My experience with the service was extremely disappointing.

I waited until after my practical test to share my thoughts, and I regret my decision to continue with the service. I would not recommend it at all! Like many, I was misled by the positive reviews online. If you read carefully, you'll notice those are mainly for specific instructors. I was assigned to one instructor, and it was an awful experience. It seems I'm not alone in my dissatisfaction with him. During lessons, instead of focusing on driving, he often boasted about his skills or took personal calls, straying far from the topic of driving. He was frequently late for lessons, and I would only find out about rescheduling when I called him. Scheduling classes was another issue. Why accept new students if there are hardly any time slots available? I had to plead for a lesson and was fortunate to get just one class a month. When I raised this concern, he mentioned prioritizing students with upcoming tests, which I understood. As my test date approached, I hoped to be prioritized too, but when I contacted him, he sent a message stating he was too busy and had no availability for me until September. He mentioned that he was helping other students who had been with him longer and suggested I find another instructor since I was clearly unhappy waiting. Despite telling him my exam was in September, I only managed to get two classes in four months. Before starting lessons, I had been driving with an international license. He insisted I needed 20 classes to be ready for my test, which seemed excessive given my experience. I can only imagine how many classes he recommends for beginners. It appears he is more interested in his own gain than in genuinely helping students. My current instructor, who I definitely recommend over this service, managed to prepare me in under 10 classes. I strongly advise against choosing this service, especially not the instructor I had.
