I waited until after my practical test to share my thoughts, and I regret my decision to continue with the service. I would not recommend it at all! Like many, I was misled by the positive reviews online. If you read carefully, you'll notice those are mainly for specific instructors. I was assigned to one instructor, and it was an awful experience. It seems I'm not alone in my dissatisfaction with him. During lessons, instead of focusing on driving, he often boasted about his skills or took personal calls, straying far from the topic of driving. He was frequently late for lessons, and I would only find out about rescheduling when I called him. Scheduling classes was another issue. Why accept new students if there are hardly any time slots available? I had to plead for a lesson and was fortunate to get just one class a month. When I raised this concern, he mentioned prioritizing students with upcoming tests, which I understood. As my test date approached, I hoped to be prioritized too, but when I contacted him, he sent a message stating he was too busy and had no availability for me until September. He mentioned that he was helping other students who had been with him longer and suggested I find another instructor since I was clearly unhappy waiting. Despite telling him my exam was in September, I only managed to get two classes in four months. Before starting lessons, I had been driving with an international license. He insisted I needed 20 classes to be ready for my test, which seemed excessive given my experience. I can only imagine how many classes he recommends for beginners. It appears he is more interested in his own gain than in genuinely helping students. My current instructor, who I definitely recommend over this service, managed to prepare me in under 10 classes. I strongly advise against choosing this service, especially not the instructor I had.

He was patient and calm, expertly pinpointing what I needed to improve. He helped me shed my bad habits, regain my confidence, and feel genuinely comfortable behind the wheel. The lessons were well-structured yet relaxed, and he explained everything in a way that clicked for me. Thanks to his approach, driving became enjoyable. I passed my driving test on the first attempt and now feel capable of driving independently. I'm truly grateful for his support and highly recommend him, especially for those who have struggled with confidence.

This instructor successfully taught both my son and daughter, with both passing their tests on the first try. He adapted his teaching approach to suit each child, instilling confidence in my daughter and helping my son understand the risks of speeding. He is truly an exceptional driving instructor, and I highly recommend him. With two more children to teach, I won’t look for anyone else!

It appears I’m not alone in my dissatisfaction with him. During lessons, he often spent time boasting about his skills rather than focusing on my learning, and he frequently took personal calls or discussed unrelated topics. He was rarely on time for lessons, and I would often have to call him to learn that he needed to reschedule. Scheduling classes was another issue; why accept new students if you have limited availability? I had to plead for time and was lucky to squeeze in one class per month. When I brought this up, he mentioned he was focusing on students with imminent test dates, which I understood. However, as my test date approached and I reached out, he told me he had no availability for me until September, despite having been promised flexibility. In four months, I managed just two classes. Before starting, he insisted I would need 20 classes to prepare, despite my years of driving experience. It makes me question how many classes he recommends for beginners. Clearly, he prioritizes his own interests and profits. My current instructor, who isn’t with this service, managed to prepare me in under 10 classes. I absolutely do not recommend this instructor!
