I ordered a Barbour jacket in the sale and they advertised a special offer that you could get an extra 15% off if you ordered an extra 2 items in the sale which I did, but my main intention of the purchase was the barbour jacket. They then cancelled the order of the Barbour jacket without any explanation but continued to send me the other items I didn't really want which I now have to pay to return. The Barbour jacket is still for sale on the website in the same size at the same price and the same offer is advertised. It was removed when I ordered the item but is now back for sale now my order has been cancelled. An amazing coincidence? I could literally order it again. This is terrible practice to get rid of low selling items by advertising a premium item as the incentive and then cancelling it. I believe the term is bait and switch. I subsequently ordered the jacket from Smyths who sell the jacket for £1 more than Naylors advertise in the sale without the "special 15% offer" but they do actually send you what you order and you dont have to order anything else to get that price.
