Visited the rochdale store today to buy feed.
The whole transaction almost happened without the shop 'assistant ' speaking to me. The only words she actually spoke to me were to tell me the price of the transaction. No hello, no exchange at all. I then left the shop with a trolley with 3 bags of feed and by this time another member of staff had joined her and neither helped with the door as i struggled to open it with the trolley.
Very disappointed and surprised with the lack of customer care today and i can see no other way of feeding this back.
My wife's Christmas gift hasn't arrived even though I ordered it a week ago. They use a very unreliable courier who fails to provide a valid tracking reference. In the future, I will avoid ordering from any of these sellers as they all seem to provide the same poor service. Their low prices come with a cost.
