Visited the rochdale store today to buy feed.
The whole transaction almost happened without the shop 'assistant ' speaking to me. The only words she actually spoke to me were to tell me the price of the transaction. No hello, no exchange at all. I then left the shop with a trolley with 3 bags of feed and by this time another member of staff had joined her and neither helped with the door as i struggled to open it with the trolley.
Very disappointed and surprised with the lack of customer care today and i can see no other way of feeding this back.
