I ordered two items on December 16th. One arrived in about four days, but the other was supposed to be delivered on multiple dates, now pushed to the 12th. The customer service is frustrating; you have to answer ten questions before chatting with someone. Also, the sizing charts seem to be based on a very slim teenager. Their large men's size wouldn't fit me, and I'm around 170 pounds. Never again!
