I ordered a hoodie and a t-shirt, but the order was marked as delivered even though I never received anything. I had to search for a contact number, and when I called, they promised a replacement. However, only the t-shirt replacement was sent, and it too was marked as delivered but never arrived. After trying to get a refund, I was given the runaround for two days. I cannot recommend this website to anyone; it feels like a scam!
I ordered two items on December 16th. One arrived in about four days, but the other was supposed to be delivered on multiple dates, now pushed to the 12th. The customer service is frustrating; you have to answer ten questions before chatting with someone. Also, the sizing charts seem to be based on a very slim teenager. Their large men's size wouldn't fit me, and I'm around 170 pounds. Never again!

I ordered a jersey with a promo that promised delivery before Christmas. Instead, I received a notice saying it would arrive between January 16 and 23. By then, my son will have already left, and there will be no Christmas present. When I contacted customer service, they were indifferent, blaming it on a different warehouse. They refuse to take responsibility for the misleading advertising. Avoid this site!
I will never order from this store again. It's not worth the hassle. I ordered a gift in November that seems to be lost, and with Christmas just a week away, I'm not the only dissatisfied customer. Many others seem to share my disappointment. Thanks a lot for ruining Christmas!
If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I tried using a promo for a major discount, but it was removed right after I made the purchase. Customer support refused to help, saying I could return it if I wanted. I was promised a $100 discount, and I'm extremely frustrated since I made the purchase with the deal applied.
I bought a jacket for my husband’s birthday in July, and it wasn't cheap. He wore it once, and the logo came off. I regret not reading reviews before purchasing! The design is stylish, but the quality is mediocre, and the customer service is horrible. I received a text saying my t-shirt was delivered, but it wasn’t at my address, and the delivery picture showed another location. Customer service can only be reached by text, with no live representatives. I was told to contact the delivery company, which also only communicates via text. Thankfully, my neighbor received the package and gave it to me. The product isn't worth it—stay away from this company.
