I ordered my son a jersey for his bday and it says it was delivered but it wasn’t delivered! I never received it! I contacted customer service & they want me to wait until November 5th for a refund ! So I had to spend more money to make my son happy for his bday & have to wait until November for a refund because NBA store says it can magically appear even though it’s said delivered for two days! I’m so mad ! So we shall see if I get a refund !
