This has been the most frustrating banking experience I've ever had. After the acquisition by another institution, my accounts were taken over, and the interest rates dropped significantly. I had to move my funds elsewhere. Since there are no branches nearby, I attempted to close my account over the phone, but after an hour on hold, I gave up. Every phone interaction has been incredibly slow. To top it off, I found out I had $65 in interest but couldn't transfer it over the phone, so I decided to let them keep it.
