As a customer forced to transition to a new bank, I can't express how eager I am to relocate my funds. I'm stuck with a GIC that matures after the migration date. The new bank's interest rates are exceedingly low, their service fees are shockingly high and all-encompassing, and there's no option to link with another bank, meaning all transfers need to be done via a specific service, which has daily and weekly limits that make it difficult to access my money. Contacting customer support requires at least an hour of waiting, even though they claim the average wait is just a couple of minutes. I honestly can't fathom why anyone would choose this bank willingly.
