All customer service options are useless.Was a good online system in the past, but has no interest in helping existing customers. All phone calls result in a generic response of "we'll escalate the issue", and then proceed to go no contact. I've been trying to resolve a simple log-in issue for 4 weeks now, and have had all account access blocked. There's no way to get this information, and all complaint systems are equally useless - they all point to some other party to complain to, or state that this is not a problem for them to solve.They claim to be aware of fraud, but then do nothing to alleviate the fears of their own Users. I have no choice but to close my business with NBDB.
