All customer service options are useless.

Was a good online system in the past, but has no interest in helping existing customers. All phone calls result in a generic response of "we'll escalate the issue", and then proceed to go no contact. I've been trying to resolve a simple log-in issue for 4 weeks now, and have had all account access blocked. There's no way to get this information, and all complaint systems are equally useless - they all point to some other party to complain to, or state that this is not a problem for them to solve.

They claim to be aware of fraud, but then do nothing to alleviate the fears of their own Users. I have no choice but to close my business with NBDB.

Phone Wait Time

They said wait time to speak to a representative was 1.5-2 hours and this was a half hour after they opened. Have been on hold for 2 hours and 28 minutes and still waiting. Will be looking at closing and transferring my account

Frustrating company

Incredibly incompetent in notifying major company updates such as website downtime. Website constantly goes down for long periods of time especially during trading hours. Would not recommend, especially if you are a beginner.

Incompetance at its best

Incompetance at its best. Despite providing detailed WRITTEN instructions, with broken out calculations for moving stock and cash from one account (RRSP) to cash account, they still manage to screw up the transfer, and move too much resulting in negative balances, HOURS of lost time, and lost investing opportunity. 3rd year in a row as we melt down our RRSP. Also, their messaging centre is archaic. Our well formatted instructions gets thrown into one long paragraph, with no headings, paragraph spaces, because the text editor in their messaging centre is from the 1980s and doesn't allow formatting. Call someone to help, get disconnected TWICE after waiting 45 and 55 mins each time, then on hold past closing so no answer. The website is decent and no fee transaction is a plus. But EVERYTHING else about this service leaves little to be desired and a bad taste in your mouth, lost years from the stress of prep to mitigate screw ups and them screwing things up regardless. We have a substantial portfolio...millions, and this is not worth the grief. They will lose our business on the brokerage side, we will close all our banking as well. Absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible company

Horrible company. Every aspect of their company is inefficient and negligent. You can't sign in, you can't get quotes, it doesn't inform you when a trade has been filled, long wait times to reach junior call centre agents who can't even discuss the problem they are so untrained and uneducated. They just disconnect the call when they have no clue what they are doing. Absolutely no Customer Service or Technical Support. They simply will not respond to any urgent technical issues or complaints. This company should be shut down and my legal action will make them sit up and take notice. I have over 600 screenshots and taped recordings proving their negligence.
