I was repeatedly referred between branches, customer service, and Easy Cash with no accountability or resolution. This is a clear violation of customer rights and an unacceptable banking practice. I will escalate this matter to the Central Bank of Egypt and the relevant regulatory authorities while fully reserving all my legal rights.
