Absolutely atrocious service, having to wait for hours for a simple bank statement, incomplete information from bank agents causing me to have to visit 3 branches, 3 different visits, and call center falls just to print basic documents. Everything is slow, everyone is unhelpful, it's like dealing with a government agency except its a bank where we pay for the service from our own money. I'm withdrawing all my deposits ASAP.

The customer service is mid. But getting someone to help you over the phone is almost impossible. Either you're stuck on hold for 15 minutes ,or the agent is irritated and trying to hang up the call asap

The National Bank of Egypt deactivated my card and withheld my funds without any formal notice or legal justification, despite full compliance on my part. I was repeatedly referred between branches, customer service, and Easy Cash with no accountability or resolution. This is a clear violation of customer rights and an unacceptable banking practice. I will escalate this matter to the Central Bank of Egypt and the relevant regulatory authorities while fully reserving all my legal rights.

Disappointing Experience with Al Ahli Bank in Egypt

I am deeply frustrated with the appalling customer service at Al Ahli Bank in Egypt. It’s shocking that a financial institution fails so miserably at ensuring safety, professionalism, and basic responsiveness to their customers. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via email, I have been completely ignored—no acknowledgment, no resolution, nothing. It's as if customer concerns are treated with absolute disregard.The lack of security is equally alarming. Entrusting this bank with personal and financial matters feels unsafe, as their operations and interactions suggest a complete absence of responsibility or accountability. There seems to be no proper system in place to address issues or ensure that clients feel valued.I expected better from such a prominent organization, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the bank to improve its services, prioritize customer care, and uphold the standards expected from a financial institution.

By far the worst experience with a bank. Taking a year to reset password and they simply can’t manage such a simple task. I had to fly to Cairo to fix it but even then, they could not. They are so good at blaming customer and other departments. If you ask, why I am still banking with them? I am existing but I have to fly again to Cairo.By the way, they have a lousy Mobile Banking App. They call center agents are friendly but clueless about solving problems.

The worst bank I ever seen in my life!!! Very low experienced employees including management. They exceed the powers and block card without any reason and informing their customers. And when u come to the bank and ask what was the reason they behave as children and create stories. I don’t recommend this bank to anybody
