By far the worst experience with a bank. Taking a year to reset password and they simply can’t manage such a simple task. I had to fly to Cairo to fix it but even then, they could not. They are so good at blaming customer and other departments. If you ask, why I am still banking with them? I am existing but I have to fly again to Cairo.By the way, they have a lousy Mobile Banking App. They call center agents are friendly but clueless about solving problems.
