The worst customer service ever. Each employee is giving different information with different way, they don't know how to deal the customer, how to respect them. You have to be free no work no appointments for few days to finish one deal , to do any deal you should visit all counters, no one can finish every customer alone . It is the big mistake or adisaster that you will be having account or any deal in this bank. You will lose your time and your respect to finish your work there. But in this all I want to appreciate one employee his name is Ebrahim Abdelaziz who handled tha case and give respect that is the professional way to give customer service. Kindly kindly do some thing to give them training how to handle the customer and how to work , no need each one need some one to help him. This review about moheb Street branch.
