If I could put a lower rate than one star I would. All excet one of the staff were extremely rude and showed total lack of knowledge. The cashier stole 100 € during changing money from 20 notes to 100 notes in the hope to insert my cash at the internal insert atm. This machine of corse didn’t work properly either, and 450€ were missing for 5 days. I have never had a worse bank experience. Worse than being mugged in street. You kind of expect banks to be sort of trustworthy . I have contacted this specific bank about this happening but they ignore it. I have also called the bank by phone and they justtold me they don’t want to help. I have written 2 complaints and only got auto reply.This is outrageous!!!!
