Beware of this bank! They will block your card and lock your account without reason or warning. Your savings can be locked up without explanation, and if you are abroad, they'll demand you make an appointment and pamper them with documents they already have, with the promise of unlocking your account.This is a dictatorship, and communism at work!Προσοχή σε αυτήν την τράπεζα! Bank ATM machine swallowed my card and would not return, how is this possible!?, card is good, account solid and no security issues, this just hours before boarding ferry, avoid this banks ATMs like the plague. This has to be a criminal act they have no valid reason to so this, my bank said they had no reason to do this, of course they will not refund DHL expenses getting a new card and all the hassle of not all island ATMa accept digital mobile transactions.Truly disgusting behaviour. Avoid the national bank of greece at all costs
I have sent multiple emails and attempted multiple calls. They don’t reply on emails and the people who answer the phones have no idea what’s going on and they said wait for a reply on your email. They said I will get a reply within 5 working days, but it’s been more than 2 months since.
Don’t work with Etniki Bank it’s worst bank!!!! Scam with loans, every month they give you minimum required payment 2k for a credit with 20k. But manager told us it’s flexible and we can pay comfortable month payment but finally we have to pay 2kz
If I could put a lower rate than one star I would. All excet one of the staff were extremely rude and showed total lack of knowledge. The cashier stole 100 € during changing money from 20 notes to 100 notes in the hope to insert my cash at the internal insert atm. This machine of corse didn’t work properly either, and 450€ were missing for 5 days. I have never had a worse bank experience. Worse than being mugged in street. You kind of expect banks to be sort of trustworthy . I have contacted this specific bank about this happening but they ignore it. I have also called the bank by phone and they justtold me they don’t want to help. I have written 2 complaints and only got auto reply.This is outrageous!!!!
