I had a terrible experience with NCF Living. Ordered a table in December, promised delivery in February, but it was a week late. When it finally arrived, it was defective. Took me two months of chasing to get the replacement delivered—we finally got it in April. To make matters worse, we went to their store, and the customer service was awful! We waited for hours, no one came, and they couldn't resolve our issue. Also, they don't have a phone number; customer service is only through email, and that's terrible, too—you have to wait weeks to get a reply
